These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Endur mobile application ("App") operated by Endur ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Endur is a mobile application that provides AI-generated fueling plans and real-time nutrition reminders for endurance athletes. The App integrates with Apple HealthKit and Garmin Connect to detect workouts and deliver timely fueling alerts.
To use the App, you must create an account using your phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Free Trial: New users receive 3 free activities with full access to all features. No credit card is required for the free trial.
Subscription Plans: After the free trial, continued use requires a paid subscription:
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Pricing may vary by region. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Endur is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The fueling plans and recommendations generated by the App are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You acknowledge that fueling during endurance exercise carries inherent risks and that you use the App's recommendations at your own risk.
Fueling plans are generated by artificial intelligence based on the information you provide (body metrics, event details, product inventory, and preferences). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated plans may contain errors or suboptimal recommendations. You should review all plans before use and adjust them based on your experience and judgment.
The App integrates with third-party services including Apple HealthKit and Garmin Connect. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Endur and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The fueling plans generated for you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, health outcomes, or athletic performance, arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that nutritional recommendations will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the App's settings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
